Central Station Software:

Microkey Software (MKMS) instantaneously displays emergency signals
for quick and accurate operator response. Non-Emergency signals, including
unsupervised openings and closings and timer tests are processed by the
system without operator action. There are no limits on the amount of zones
or users per account.

Virtual Operator (VO) allows password access to your accounts to
reduce operator workload and improve efficiency. While in the field, using
our toll free lines you can place an account on or off test and retrieve
signal history without the need of an operator from any touch-tone phone in
the United States.

The Dealer Access Module This program was specifically designed with you
in mind. From the convenience of your computer you can add accounts, make
updates or simply run reports 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our password
secured internet connection.

Dealer Notification Every 24 hours you will be notified via email of
all emergency signals.

OH2000 Our digital Osborne-Hoffman
receivers are capable of receiving all major formats.

CS4000 Our CS4000 receiver is capable of handling all
ITI formats.

Eagle Security 2100 Our Eagle 2-way voice can receive a variety of
2-way voice formats.
Redundancy:

Our high security Central
Station has back up power from two Onan Generators with one thousand
gallons of fuel on site.

All telephone lines are routed
directly from the telephone companies Central Office underground to our
location.
·
Customer information is
securely stored in 4 live redundant file servers, which are continuously
backed up.
